Licensed Massage Therapist Sonoma Stretch Las Cruces, NM Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed massage therapist to join our team. As a Licensed Massage Therapist at Sonoma Stretch, you will have the opportunity to provide clients with a wide range of massage techniques and therapies tailored to their individual needs. If you are passionate about helping people achieve relaxation and pain relief, and are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, we want you to be part of our team.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy, and more, to meet the individual needs of clients.
  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific concerns and preferences.
  • Create a safe and comfortable environment for clients by maintaining clean and well-organized massage room.
  • Promote the benefits of regular massage therapy and provide clients with guidance on self-care techniques.
  • Stay current on industry trends and massage therapy techniques through continuous education and training.
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow all legal and ethical guidelines related to the practice of massage therapy.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, punctuality, and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
  • Valid state license as a Massage Therapist.
  • Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and their therapeutic benefits.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional and customer service-oriented demeanor.
  • Ability to adapt massage techniques to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
