We are seeking a skilled LMT with advanced technical expertise, capable of adapting techniques to meet specific therapeutic needs and variation to services, while honoring ritualistic, intentional, and spiritually grounded massage session. About the Position We are looking for an adaptable personality that is motivated and ambitious! We are seeking a confident individual with strong customer engagement skills and hands on training experience, who is willing to work hard, earn their way, and is driven by a desire to learn, grow, and bring value to our beautifully established company with a top tier reputation. This position requires someone with the ability to adapt quickly, work independently and be a team player. Both weekend and evening availability is a must. We are interested in supporting and inspiring each one of our service providers in becoming the best healing artist they can be. SoulSpa requires all service providers to receive ongoing consecutive monthly massage as routine. Provide massage therapy treatments for client in a spa-like setting Start services on time and end services on time Greet clients prior to each visit Actively listen to your clients' needs and requests to give a personalized massage and treatment plan Guide clients through their experience with compassion and grace Maintain accurate client intake records using an electronic booking app from your phone Work with other members of the staff to ensure that all clients feel comfortable and welcome Develop and implement strategies for engagement with customers and colleagues Attend community events as needed or requested Focus on building a strong clientele and growing retention Maintain regular communication within the practice to ensure a positive customer service experience and team building Qualifications Valid NV Massage Therapy License (LMT) Liability Insurance Coverage Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology Excellent customer service and patient service skills Experience in client assessment and pain management techniques Skilled in deep tissue massage, sports massage and trigger point therapy Skilled in connecting with your client Prenatal Massage, Reiki certification is a plus Background in occupational health and spa environments
