Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop customized treatment plans that align with their health goals Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective treatments Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate therapies for pain management and occupational health concerns Maintain detailed records of each session, including treatment details and patient progress notes Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client questions or concerns Stay current with industry best practices and participate in ongoing training to enhance your therapeutic skills Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification to practice legally Proven experience in patient service, with a focus on patient assessment and personalized care plans Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and occupational health principles Prior experience working in a med spa or similar healthcare setting is highly desirable Excellent communication skills combined with a genuine commitment to customer service excellence Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment Embark on a rewarding career where your healing touch transforms lives!
