Duties Provide a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments to meet individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health history, symptoms, and specific concerns Educate clients on massage benefits, post-treatment care, and self-care strategies to enhance results Maintain detailed treatment records and document client progress accurately in compliance with privacy standards Communicate effectively with clients to ensure comfort, address questions, and tailor sessions accordingly Adhere strictly to safety protocols including CPR certification and proper sanitation practices Collaborate with other health professionals when necessary to support comprehensive patient care Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification in CPR Proven experience in massage therapy with knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology Proficiency in various massage modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and pain management techniques Strong patient service skills with the ability to assess client needs accurately and communicate clearly Familiarity with occupational health standards and med spa procedures is a plus Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail Prior experience in massage therapy, customer service roles within healthcare or wellness settings is preferred Join us to help clients relax, recover, and thrive through expert massage therapy!
