Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will deliver professional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized treatment plans and exceptional patient care. Pay:
Based on skill level Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address individual client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and adjust therapies accordingly. Educate clients on self-care practices, injury prevention, and occupational health strategies to support ongoing wellness. Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, patient progress, and relevant medical history using proper medical terminology. Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by adhering to all health and safety regulations and sanitation standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive pain management strategies tailored to each client. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client concerns, answering questions, and fostering a positive experience. Skills Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Proven experience in patient service with excellent communication skills and empathetic listening abilities. Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other advanced modalities for pain relief. Ability to perform patient assessments accurately and develop customized treatment plans. Familiarity with occupational health principles and med spa procedures is a plus. Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence and client satisfaction. Pay:
$50.00 - $70.00 per hour
