Job Description
We are a doctor-led rehabilitation and sports medicine practice looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist who works in a sports and clinical style — not a spa relaxation style. Our patients are athletes, active adults, and post-injury rehab cases who want measurable results. You will work alongside chiropractors and physical therapists, coordinating each session with the treating doctor's plan.
Ideal candidate covers both locations:
West Hills Chiropractic Pain Center (400 W Jericho Turnpike, Huntington) and True Sport Care (62 Lake Ave South, Suite C, Nesconset). Applicants available for one location are still encouraged to apply. Schedule Tuesday West Hills — Huntington 1:00- 6:00 PM Wednesday True Sport Care — Nesconset 9:00 AM
- 2:00 PM Thursday West Hills — Huntington 1:00
- 6:00 PM Friday True Sport Care — Nesconset 9:00 AM
- 2:00 PM Weekly total 20 hrs What You'll Do Deliver sports and clinical massage: deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point, cupping, and stretching Perform pre-event, post-event, and recovery work for athletic patients Coordinate treatment goals with the treating chiropractor or physical therapist Document each session accurately and on time in our EHR (ChiroTouch) What We're Looking For Current NYS Massage Therapy license (LMT) in good standing and professional liability insurance Demonstrated skill in sports, orthopedic, or clinical massage — this is not a spa role Reliable transportation between the Huntington and Nesconset locations Team player: communicates clearly, shows up on time, helps where needed, cares about patient outcomes Comfortable with a mix of cash-pay and insurance patients, and the documentation insurance work requires CPR certification and experience with athletic populations preferred Why Work With Us $35•50 per hour, steady pre-booked patient flow — no need to build your own book of business All billing and scheduling handled in-house; doctors on site and collaborative by design How to Apply Send your resume, NYS license number, and a short note about your hands-on experience with athletes and injury cases to info@cityintegrativerehab.
