We are looking for a thoughtful, skilled clinician who can provide medical massage and other therapeutic techniques in a calm, professional, patient-focused setting. You will work with patients who want to reduce pain, improve mobility, recover from activity, and feel better in daily life. This role is a strong fit for someone who values hands-on care, clear communication, and a collaborative clinical environment. What you will do Provide individualized medical massage based on each patient's condition, goals, symptoms, and comfort. Use medical massage techniques along with deep tissue massage, sports massage, myofascial work, and trigger point therapy when appropriate. Review relevant health history and adjust treatment for safety and effectiveness. Communicate clearly about pressure, positioning, treatment goals, and follow-up care. Maintain timely, accurate treatment notes. Keep the treatment space clean, organized, and ready for each patient. Collaborate professionally with our physical therapy team when coordinated care is appropriate. What we are looking for Current New York State massage therapy license in good standing. Demonstrated training and experience providing medical massage is required. Strong hands-on skills and sound knowledge of anatomy. Professional, reliable, and patient-centered communication. Ability to work independently while contributing to a small clinical team. Experience with sports massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial work, or trigger point therapy is preferred. Pay and transition to full-time $35 to $45 per booked treatment hour. The role begins with part-time hours during a 90-day transition period. After successful completion of the 90-day transition period, the position moves into full-time hours. In person at 16 W 32nd St, New York, NY 10001.
