+ Face Salon is looking to partner with a licensed massage therapist (LMT) with an entrepreneurial spirit to offer massage services to guests at our esthetics spa in Soho. Candidates must have an existing clientele or be willing to build one. Applicant requirements Candidates must have a valid massage therapy license in the State of New York and be passionate about providing quality massage services in a relaxing spa environment. Additionally, ideal candidates: Believe in a client-centered approach, focused on providing the best possible experiences and outcomes for guests Are committed to contributing positively to overall spa culture and maintaining a welcoming and relaxing environment Are constantly growing and willing to adapt and learn new skills to help improve and expand their service repertoire Have strong interpersonal skills and a positive and enthusiastic demeanor Adhere to the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness Are reliable and punctual Have excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skills Applicant responsibilities Referrals of existing spa clients will be provided, but LMT partners will be primarily responsible for building and maintaining their own massage clientele in the spa and providing the highest-quality massage treatments. In addition, massage therapy partners will be expected to: Maintain a clean treatment area Collaborate with day-to-day supporting tasks in the studio Compensation Message therapist partners can either be compensated through: (1) commission equal to 45% of net service revenue plus tips; or, (2) retention of 100% of net revenue from services minus a flat space rental fee. Space rental fees start at $72 per half-day with discounts available for longer terms (daily or monthly).
