What You ll Do Provide professional massage and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices Deliver consistent, high-quality services while creating a welcoming and relaxing guest experience Properly care for spa equipment and use products efficiently to support cost-control standards Maintain complete knowledge of all massage, body treatments, and products offered by the spa Educate and inform guests about wellness concerns, services, and products Maintain a professional, clean, and organized treatment environment Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with guests and team members What We re Looking For High School Diploma or GED Current and valid New York State Massage Therapist License Demonstrated history of providing exceptional client service Excellent communication and listening skills Basic computer knowledge Strong knowledge of professional massage practices and spa service standards Ability to work a flexible schedule Weekend availability required; open availability preferred Schedule Schedules will vary based on spa operations.

Thursday & Friday:

9 AM-6

PM Saturday:

8:30 AM-6

PM Sunday & Monday:

9 AM-5

PM Tuesday & Wednesday:
