Licensed Massage Therapist

Responsibilities Perform customized massage treatments including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to individual client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas of concern. Apply comprehensive knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective therapy sessions. Educate clients on self-care practices, occupational health tips, and pain management strategies to support ongoing wellness. Maintain detailed records of each session, including treatment details, patient responses, and progress notes. Ensure a clean, comfortable, and professional environment that adheres to health and safety standards. Provide excellent patient service by listening actively, addressing concerns promptly, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Experience Valid licensure as a Massage Therapist in accordance with state or regional regulations. Proven experience in medical spa settings or similar environments preferred. Strong background in patient service, patient assessment, and applying advanced massage techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to therapeutic massage. Familiarity with occupational health principles and pain management strategies. Prior experience working with diverse client populations to deliver personalized care. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
