Maintain accurate records of client treatments, progress, and any relevant medical terminology. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in a med spa setting to provide comprehensive care. Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and addressing their questions or concerns. Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in massage therapy to continually improve service quality. Skills Proficient in patient assessment techniques to evaluate client needs effectively. Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to massage therapy practices. Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology to inform treatment approaches. Experience in pain management techniques and trigger point therapy. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
