We offer a warm, professional environment with a full menu of therapeutic services including massage therapy, Bowen therapy, lymphatic drainage, Reiki, halotherapy, reflexology, facials, and more. Our team is small, intentional, and genuinely passionate about client care. The Opportunity We are looking for a licensed, client-centered Massage Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a commission-based position ideal for a practitioner who is already established or looking to grow within a supportive wellness environment. What You Will Do Provide professional therapeutic massage services to a diverse client base, including relaxation, deep tissue, and other modalities within your scope. Maintain a clean and welcoming treatment room between sessions. Communicate openly with clients about their needs and goals. Represent the values of Healing Souls with professionalism and heart. Requirements Active Ohio LMT license in good standing. Personal liability insurance (required before first session). Reliable, punctual, and professional. Genuine passion for client wellness and whole-body care. Bonus Points Experience with Reiki, Bowen therapy, lymphatic drainage, or other integrative modalities. Comfortable working in a multi-service wellness center environment. What We Offer Commission-based pay starting at 50% of each session after service costs. After six months, commission increases to 55% as a thank you for your commitment and growth with the team. A fully equipped, calming treatment space. A collaborative, low-stress team environment.
