This position is ideal for a therapist who values clinical excellence, individualized care, continuing education, and meaningful client relationships. No prior lymphatic training is required. We are willing to train the right therapist. Responsibilities Provide specialized lymphatic drainage services tailored to each client's goals, presentation, and stage of recovery while ensuring safe and effective treatment sessions. Conduct thorough client assessments, review health histories, and determine appropriate treatment approaches while documenting progress accurately. Educate clients on recommended care plans, self-care strategies, and lifestyle practices that support lymphatic health, nervous system regulation, and recovery. Participate in continuing education, training, and professional development activities to maintain and expand clinical knowledge and skills. Provide an exceptional client experience by creating a welcoming environment that fosters trust, comfort, and individualized care. Minimum Requirements Active Ohio Massage Therapy License in good standing. Current CPR/AED certification. Professional liability insurance. Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and professional scope of practice. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client education skills. Ability to perform thorough client assessments and develop individualized care plans. Ability to complete accurate and timely SOAP documentation. Commitment to continuing education and professional development. Genuine interest in lymphatic drainage, nervous system regulation, post-surgical care, and breast cancer recovery support. Preferred Qualifications (Helpful but not required) Manual Lymphatic Drainage training from a LANA-approved training program. Experience working with post-surgical clients. Experience supporting breast cancer survivors. Experience in a healthcare, rehabilitation, or wellness setting.
