Massage Therapist

Overview Harmony Salt Spa is seeking an outgoing, energetic, and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a unique, serene environment with an established client base, providing professional massage treatments that enhance clients' physical and mental well-being. The ideal candidate is passionate about holistic health, customer-focused, and dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and care. Key Responsibilities Deliver consistent, high-quality massage treatments, including Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, and neuromuscular (trigger point) therapy, tailored to clients' needs. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and other spa services to support their wellness goals. Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical conditions to develop personalized treatment plans. Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming workspace, adhering to all sanitation and safety protocols. Collaborate with spa staff to ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience. Promote additional services, such as halotherapy and infrared sauna sessions, to enhance clients' wellness journeys. Stay updated on the latest massage therapy techniques and trends to continuously improve service quality. Maintain accurate client records, documenting treatment plans and progress. Qualifications Valid Ohio Massage Therapy License. Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Outgoing, energetic, and passionate about promoting health and wellness. Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs, including some evenings and weekends. Ability to maintain professionalism and uphold spa cleanliness standards. Experience in a spa or holistic wellness setting is preferred but not required. Benefits Competitive hourly wage ($34.00 - $40.00 per hour).
