About Our Clinic We are a growing chiropractic and wellness center offering chiropractic care, acupuncture, dry needling, decompression therapy, red light therapy, massage therapy, and other hands-on therapeutic services. Our environment is upbeat, supportive, and focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. We are looking for a dependable Licensed Massage Therapist who wants to work in a clinical setting where their skills truly matter. Position Overview We are seeking a professional, motivated Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our team. The ideal candidate is reliable, compassionate, and comfortable working with a wide variety of patients—from pain relief clients to wellness and recovery patients. You will work closely with the provider team to deliver customized, therapeutic massage treatments that enhance patient outcomes. Responsibilities Provide high-quality therapeutic massage sessions tailored to patient needs Perform clinical-style massage (deep tissue, trigger point, sports, myofascial, etc., based on training) Maintain accurate treatment notes and follow clinic documentation standards Educate patients on self-care, wellness, and the benefits of continued treatment Work collaboratively with chiropractic and therapy staff Assist with light room upkeep and treatment room turnover between sessions Maintain a professional, clean, and welcoming atmosphere for all patients Requirements Active Ohio Massage Therapy License (LMT) — required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic Ability to perform both therapeutic and relaxation-based massage Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment Interest in long-term employment and building a consistent patient base Willingness to learn clinic flow, recommended care plans, and supplemental therapies Preferred (Not Required) Experience in medical/chiropractic/clinical massage Skills in cupping, scraping, prenatal massage, sports massage, or neuromuscular therapy Comfort working with chronic pain and injury cases Interest in additional modalities (stretching, mobility work, soft tissue tools) What We Offer Consistent patient flow — we stay busy Flexible scheduling Competitive pay + tips + add-on incentives All supplies, linens, and materials provided Supportive team environment Opportunities for cross-training in clinic modalities A professional space where your work is respected and valued Ideal Candidate You are someone who: Genuinely cares about helping people feel better Wants to be part of a collaborative, health-focused team Enjoys a steady flow of patients without the burnout of high-volume spa work Values a balanced schedule with supportive management Can deliver reliable, therapeutic treatment sessions with confidence
