We are looking for a female deep tissue therapist to take over existing clientele for our fully booked therapist who is relocating, and a second Therapist who wants to grow their skills and build their business with us. We strive to create the kind of culture you can be proud to call your crew. Our non Tier Therapists average $45 hourly, and our Tier Therapists average $55-$65 hourly. Our pay and benefits are highly competitive with others in our market. Requirements:
Hold current state license and liability insurance to practice massage therapy Capable of performing/learning deep tissue, Swedish and maternity massage modalities Be guest Service-oriented and communicate effectively with guests Availability to work certain nights and weekends (our busiest times) Pass Background Check Why Work at Massage Heights? Responsibilities Provide therapeutic massage services to clients, utilizing various techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual needs and tailor treatments accordingly. Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress, ensuring compliance with medical terminology and documentation standards. Educate clients on pain management strategies and the benefits of massage therapy. Uphold high standards of patient service and customer care in a professional environment.
