Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, and occupational health treatments tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health history, current concerns, and treatment goals Communicate effectively with clients to explain treatment plans, gather feedback, and ensure comfort throughout each session Maintain detailed records of treatments administered and client progress in compliance with health regulations and privacy standards Stay informed about the latest developments in physiology, anatomy, pain management strategies, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Ensure all safety protocols are followed by maintaining CPR certification and adhering to sanitation standards Promote a welcoming environment that emphasizes patient service excellence and fosters ongoing client relationships Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification Proven experience in providing diverse massage modalities such as Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, trigger point therapy, sports massage, and medical spa treatments Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and occupational health principles related to massage therapy Previous experience working with clients experiencing pain management issues or requiring specialized therapeutic interventions Excellent communication skills for effective client assessment and personalized treatment planning Familiarity with medical terminology and the ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals when necessary Prior experience in customer service environments that prioritize patient care and satisfaction Join us in delivering transformative wellness experiences that empower clients to feel their best every day!
