This role is ideal for a clinician who values working alongside providers in a medically-oriented setting and is committed to delivering outcome-driven care. About the Role You will provide clinical/medical massage therapy as part of an integrated treatment approach, working in coordination with acupuncture providers and other healthcare professionals. Our systems are designed to allow you to focus on patient outcomes—not administrative tasks. What Sets This Opportunity Apart Established patient base within a respected sports medicine clinic Fully managed operations: scheduling, billing, insurance credentialing support, and patient coordination Strong internal marketing and practitioner visibility Modern clinic systems, including the Jane App EHR platform Fully equipped treatment rooms with professional-grade tables and linens Consistent referral flow and collaborative case management Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, outcome-focused medical massage treatments Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings Communicate effectively with referring providers and care team members Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and long-term wellness Maintain precise and compliant clinical documentation Qualifications Active Oregon Massage Therapy License in good standing Currently credentialed with at least two insurance providers (required) Minimum 1-2 years of clinical or medical massage experience preferred Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary, patient-centered environment Professional, reliable, and clinically driven Schedule Part-time with consistent demand. Candidates must be available for at least two shifts per week :
Monday:
9:00 AM•1:30
PM Tuesday-Friday:
1:30 PM•6:00
PM Saturday:
9:00 AM•5:00
PM Compensation Commission-based:
