Job Description

We are a well established chiropractic clinic that also offers massage. We have many patients that prefer to get a massage and chiropractic on the same day. We are looking to add 2 more LMTs to the practice to help meet our patients needs. We are a friendly group and are often considered family. We also run very smooth and most of your work is done for you. You only need to show up and take good care of our patients. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various massage techniques and a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology. This role involves providing therapeutic massage services to clients, focusing on pain management, relaxation, and overall wellness. The Massage Therapist will work closely with clients to assess their needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Provide a range of massage techniques, including deep tissue massage, to address specific pain management issues. Utilize knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy to communicate effectively with clients and other healthcare professionals. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients. Document client progress and treatment plans accurately in accordance with clinic policies. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide recommendations for ongoing care. Collaborate with other health professionals within the clinic setting to enhance patient service and outcomes. Uphold high standards of customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Experience Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with a strong understanding of pain management techniques. Knowledge of physiology and anatomy is essential for effective treatment planning. Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred to facilitate communication within a healthcare environment. Previous experience in a clinic or similar setting is advantageous but not required. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and patient care are essential for success in this role.
