The Wine Spa—named one of Time's 100 Greatest Places in the World —is opening a second location in Dundee, and we're hiring a few experienced Licensed Massage Therapists to join our small, high-performing team. This is the second location of an emerging and growing business — but our books are already filling! We're looking for 2-3 LMTs for part-time hours on-call (up to 4-5 shifts) with weekend availability strongly preferred. As a new business, we are still growing and would love for you to grow with us! This a great position for a therapist looking for supplemental income rather than full-time work. What You'll Do Deliver exceptional, customized massage experiences with a calm, grounded presence Create a quiet, deeply relaxing environment (we keep talking minimal—this is their time) Perform Swedish and deep tissue massages with confidence and care Conduct thoughtful consultations and maintain accurate client records and SOAP notes. Compensation & Benefits Our massage therapists earn 35% commission on services, plus 100% of their gratuities, with additional bonus opportunities for: Direct bookings with clients Membership sales Upselling service enhancements and add-ons For reference, our most popular service is $199. At a 35% commission, that's $69.65 in commission for approximately 50 minutes of hands-on massage time. With our average gratuity of around $40, therapists typically earn about $110 from an appointment before any bonuses. Many therapists increase their earnings even further through membership enrollments, repeat client bookings, and add-on services. Depending on your schedule and clientele, this compensation structure provides strong earning potential while rewarding therapists who build lasting relationships with guests and help grow the business.
