Overview Do you practice from your heart? We're looking for a compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our expanding integrative medicine and massage clinic. Position Details:
Part-time employee position for an LMT who is available to work weekends and evenings, with room to grow. Compensation includes an hourly wage for all compensable hours worked, together with a generous graduated commission and bonus structure. Flexible scheduling developed collaboratively. Duties Provide a variety of massage techniques including Swedish massage, lymphatic massage, Thai massage, Shiatsu, craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, trauma-informed bodywork, oncology massage, pregnancy massage, or other gentle, whole-person approaches. Sports massage and deep tissue skills are also welcomed! Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their concerns, medical history, and treatment goals Educate clients on massage benefits, post-treatment care, pain management strategies, and the benefits of receiving ongoing massage therapy. Maintain accurate treatment records and document client progress in compliance with health regulations Ensure a safe and comfortable environment by adhering to hygiene standards and safety protocols, including current
CPR/ BLS
certification Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and address any concerns or questions Collaborate with team members to optimize treatment plans and enhance client satisfaction Skills Proven experience in massage therapy Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy to accurately assess client conditions and tailor treatments accordingly Excellent client communication skills to build trust, ensure a positive experience, and support client retention Ability to apply medical terminology appropriately when documenting treatments or discussing client needs Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others achieve wellness goals Familiarity with pain management techniques and injury recovery strategies CPR certification and knowledge of safety procedures to ensure client well-being at all times Our culture emphasizes fairness, appreciation and growth. Pay:
$39.07 - $49.85 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 - 20.0 per week
