Join a Growing Wellness Practice on the Southern Oregon Coast Reaves Holistic Healing is seeking a compassionate, skilled Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and a dedicated Licensed Acupuncturist to join our growing integrative wellness team. We are looking for practitioners who are passionate about helping clients achieve lasting wellness through therapeutic, client-centered care. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexibility, and a supportive healing environment. Position Details Flexible schedule 2-3 days per week minimum Employee position Opportunity to grow your client base Established wellness practice with ongoing referrals Beautiful treatment rooms in a professional healing environment Work alongside other wellness practitioners offering massage therapy, sound healing, reiki, breathwork, and holistic wellness services Compensation Commission Keep 100% of your tips Opportunity for increased earnings as clientele grows Licensed Massage Therapist Responsibilities Provide therapeutic and customized massage sessions Maintain accurate SOAP notes and client records Educate clients on self-care and wellness recommendations Maintain a clean, organized treatment space Uphold professional and ethical standards Acupuncturist Responsibilities Perform client assessments and develop treatment plans Provide acupuncture treatments and related modalities within scope of practice Maintain accurate client documentation Educate clients on wellness and treatment recommendations Maintain a professional treatment environment Qualifications Licensed Massage Therapist (5+ Years of Experience) Current Oregon Massage License Professional liability insurance Strong communication and client care skills Ability to work independently and with others Acupuncturist (5+ Years of Experience) Current Oregon Acupuncture License Professional liability insurance Experience preferred Strong communication and client care skills Ideal Candidate Motivated self-starter Professional and reliable Passionate about holistic health and wellness Team-oriented while comfortable working independently Interested in building long-term client relationships Benefits Flexible scheduling Established referral network Professional, supportive environment Marketing support through Reaves Holistic Healing Opportunity to expand services and build a thriving practice Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise makes a tangible difference!
