Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)Job Overview Crater Chiropractic is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and professional Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our growing, wellness-focused practice. We are dedicated to helping our clients achieve pain relief, reduce stress, and improve their overall well-being through high-quality therapeutic massage in a welcoming and supportive environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, client-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional care while contributing to a positive team culture.
Please Note:
As part of our hiring process, selected applicants will be required to complete a 30-60 minute hands-on skills assessment . This assessment is unpaid and is required for employment consideration. Responsibilities Provide customized 30-, 60-, and 90-minute therapeutic massage sessions based on each client's needs. Conduct client consultations to assess health history, treatment goals, and areas of concern. Maintain accurate client records and complete SOAP notes in a timely manner. Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, sanitized, and conducive to a relaxing experience. Comply with all Oregon state licensing requirements and professional standards. Collaborate with chiropractors and team members to provide exceptional patient care. Foster a welcoming, professional, and positive environment for every client. Qualifications Current Oregon Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) license in good standing. Current professional liability insurance. Knowledge of multiple massage modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, and other therapeutic techniques. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Strong professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Preferred Qualifications One or more years of professional massage therapy experience (new graduates are encouraged to apply). Additional certifications such as Prenatal Massage, Myofascial Release, Cupping Therapy, or other specialized modalities. Experience using scheduling software and basic computer proficiency.
