Massage Therapist - Luxury Spa About Divine Complexions Divine Complexions is a luxury spa and medspa dedicated to helping our guests look and feel their absolute best. We believe every guest deserves an elevated, relaxing experience from the moment they walk through our doors. We are seeking a compassionate, professional Massage Therapist who is passionate about wellness, exceptional customer service, and creating an unforgettable spa experience. Position Summary We're looking for a licensed Massage Therapist who delivers outstanding therapeutic and relaxation massage while creating a warm, personalized experience for every guest. Our ideal candidate is friendly, polished, dependable, and committed to making clients feel cared for before, during, and after every service. Experience in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is highly preferred. Responsibilities Perform high-quality massage services, including: Swedish Massage Deep Tissue Massage Prenatal Massage (if certified) Hot Stone Massage (preferred) Manual Lymphatic Drainage (preferred) Customized relaxation massages Create a calming, luxury experience tailored to each guest. Conduct thorough consultations and customize treatments to client goals. Educate guests on home care and wellness recommendations. Recommend retail products when appropriate. Maintain treatment rooms to luxury spa standards. Follow sanitation and Oregon licensing requirements. Work collaboratively with estheticians, nurses, and front desk staff. Help create long-term relationships that encourage repeat visits and memberships. Qualifications Current Oregon Massage Therapy License CPR Certification (preferred) Manual Lymphatic Drainage certification (preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction Ability to build loyal clientele Weekend availability is a plus
