Approximately 15-20 massage sessions per week to start. About the Opportunity Balanced Wellness is growing, and I'm looking for an experienced Licensed Massage Therapist to join our collaborative wellness practice. This is a little different from the typical massage therapy position. I have an established, loyal client base and am looking for the right therapist to gradually take over a portion of my existing insurance-based caseload. That means you can step into approximately 15-20 massage sessions per week without having to spend months building a schedule from scratch. Balanced Wellness handles the insurance billing and provides the treatment space and practice infrastructure, allowing you to focus on what you do best: providing exceptional hands-on care. Just as importantly, I'm looking for someone who fits the culture of the practice. Balanced Wellness is built around trust, collaboration over competition, excellent client care, and practitioners genuinely supporting one another. I want this to be a place where clients feel cared for and practitioners enjoy coming to work. Compensation & Schedule $45-$55 per completed 60-minute treatment, based on experience and qualifications, plus 100% of client tips. This is a part-time W-2 employee position, beginning with approximately 15-20 massage sessions per week, with the potential to grow. I value work-life balance and want to create a schedule that is sustainable. Whenever possible, appointments will be scheduled in efficient treatment blocks rather than scattered throughout the day. What We're Looking For Active Oregon Massage Therapy License in good standing Credentialed with Regence and Providence Strong deep-tissue skills are a must Ashiatsu experience strongly preferred Ideally 5+ years of professional massage experience Confident working with therapeutic, pain-management and insurance-based clients Ability to adapt pressure and treatment approach to the individual client Comfortable maintaining accurate, timely SOAP notes Dependable, professional and communicative Someone who genuinely enjoys developing long-term therapeutic relationships with clients A practitioner who values collaboration and wants to be part of a supportive wellness community Experience with modalities such as Ashiatsu , myofascial work, cupping, gua sha, sports massage, injury rehabilitation or similar therapeutic techniques is especially welcome. What Balanced Wellness Provides You'll be stepping into an established practice rather than starting from zero. Balanced Wellness provides the treatment space, established client base, scheduling infrastructure, insurance billing and administrative support. You'll also have access to an Ashiatsu-equipped treatment space and the opportunity to work alongside other independent wellness practitioners. There are no membership sales quotas and no product-selling expectations. My goal is to give the right therapist the ability to concentrate on excellent bodywork while I take care of much of what happens behind the scenes.
