We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our team in a part-time capacity, with the potential to grow into a full-time role. This is a W-2 employee position offering competitive pay, a positive work environment, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the well-being of our patients. About the Role As a member of our team, you will be providing high-quality therapeutic massage in a collaborative setting, working alongside chiropractors and other healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of clinical experience , a passion for helping people, and a willingness to offer deep tissue and other therapeutic modalities. Ashiatsu training is a plus! You'll enjoy flexibility with a part time schedule consisting of Weekday Afternoons and evenings, and Saturdays. We strive to create a supportive environment where you can hone your skills and continue your professional growth. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality massage therapy, including deep tissue and other therapeutic techniques, to a diverse group of patients Collaborate with other healthcare providers to create and implement personalized patient treatment plans Maintain a clean and organized work environment Manage appointments efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer service Assist in promoting the wellness clinic and educating patients about the benefits of massage therapy Requirements Current Oregon LMT license Massage therapist malpractice insurance Chiropractic assistant certification (preferred, but not required) Insurance credentialing with major providers (Providence, BCBS, Pacific Source, Moda) is a plus, or willingness to complete the credentialing process Strong time management skills and a commitment to punctuality Ability to build rapport with patients and work well within a team Flexibility in scheduling (weekday afternoons, evenings Saturday coverage when needed) Why Join Us?
