Job Description
Chiropractic Associates is seeking a motivated and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team in Redmond, Oregon (part time or full time). This unique position combines massage therapy with patient support and light administrative responsibilities, creating a varied and rewarding workday. Therapists are hired as employees—not independent contractors—and are paid hourly. Massage therapists provide a maximum of 4.5 hours of massage therapy per day. Remaining work hours are spent assisting with patient care and clinic operations, including: Rooming patients Assisting doctors with various therapies and treatments Administrative and front-office support General patient care responsibilities Compensation Options We understand that every therapist has different preferences, which is why we offer: A flat hourly wage option, or A split-pay structure based on massage and non-massage duties Pay rates vary depending on the compensation option selected and will be discussed during the interview process. Current massage therapy students are also welcome to apply.
