We are looking for someone who is cheerful, dependable, honest, faithful, and demonstrates integrity in both patient care and teamwork. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping people heal, enjoys building relationships with patients, and works well in a collaborative healthcare environment. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, you will work closely with our chiropractor to provide therapeutic massage treatments that support patient care plans, promote healing, reduce pain, and improve overall wellness.

•1:00 PM Responsibilities Perform professional therapeutic massage treatments based on each patient's individual treatment plan. Work collaboratively with the chiropractor to help patients achieve their health and wellness goals. Maintain accurate, timely treatment notes and documentation. Educate patients on self-care techniques, stretching, and wellness recommendations. Create a comfortable, safe, and relaxing environment for every patient. Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies according to cleanliness and sanitation standards. Build positive, lasting relationships with patients through excellent customer service. Assist with maintaining an efficient patient flow throughout the clinic. Communicate professionally with patients and team members. Follow all HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality. Requirements Current Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) license in the State of Oregon. Professional liability insurance. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic massage techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable, punctual, and professional appearance. Experience in a chiropractic, medical, or rehabilitation setting is preferred but not required. Experience with deep tissue, therapeutic, trigger point, myofascial release, prenatal, or sports massage is a plus. CPR certification is preferred.
