We are a massage therapy office focused on therapeutic recovery and wellness maintenance. You can learn more about us at . Our hours of operations are Monday through Friday from 9am to 7pm and Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 7pm. What You'll Do Perform therapeutic massages of soft tissues and joints. May assist in the assessment of range of motion and muscle strength or propose client therapy plans. Assess the client's level of need and choose an appropriate treatment approach. Clear communications and rapport development with new and returning clients. Participate in and encourage teamwork mentality and positive attitude with team members. Comprehensive documentation of treatment and recommendations for future treatment plans. Receive and document accurate payments and follow up scheduling as necessary. Promotion of good will through communications, client interactions and community events. Must Haves Post-Secondary Certificate - Active and in good standing massage license through Oregon Board of Massage Therapists Active and adequate malpractice insurance coverage (preference, AMTA) Be comfortable working with populations with complicated medical histories. Experience is not required but we have high standards and can offer on-the-job training and support for those with less experience. What You Will Need Adhere to all applicable local and state licensing law and regulations related to the massage therapy services provided, including following any applicable law pertaining to maintaining current massage license. Requires knowledge of and experience in performing Swedish and deep tissue massage required, as well as knowledge of and experience in performing other modalities. Complete Mandatory HIPAA training. Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork. Pass background and reference checks, and a drug test if requested.
