for appointment scheduling, client records, and retail sales tracking Engage in social media management by promoting services, sharing client success stories, and increasing brand awareness Conduct product demos and educate clients on skincare lines, cosmetic products, and treatment options Assist with front desk responsibilities including guest services, appointment confirmations, and retail sales upselling Support management in coordinating treatment schedules and maintaining a smooth flow of daily operations Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with additional certifications in esthetic laser treatment, Botox or dermal fillers administration preferred Proven experience working in the beauty or medical spa industry with a strong understanding of aesthetic treatments and skincare procedures Knowledge of salon management software such as Millennium or
