Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our office as an independent contractor. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services for patients that are seeking treatment from automotive accidents and/or work injuries, relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments to meet individual client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand symptoms, medical history, and specific areas of concern. Communicate effectively with clients to explain treatment options, gather feedback, and ensure comfort throughout sessions. Maintain detailed records of each session, including treatment plans and client progress notes. Clinical documentation and SOAP note protocols for Auto/WC claims. Ensure all equipment and treatment areas adhere to sanitation standards and safety protocols. Promote a welcoming environment that emphasizes customer service excellence and client satisfaction. Experience Proven experience in massage therapy with expertise in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and medical massage modalities. Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, pain management techniques, and occupational health principles. Prior experience working in a med spa or healthcare setting is highly desirable. Strong client communication skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately. Demonstrated ability to handle diverse client cases with professionalism and empathy while delivering high-quality care

Requirements:

Valid Oregon LMT license Liability insurance is up to date and meets the minimum requirements of $1 million per occurrence and $2 million to $3 million in total aggregate annual coverage Up-to-date on CE requirements including CPR/BLS certification NPI (National Provider Identification) number and a TIN (Tax Identification Number) if no TIN is available, a SSN will suffice.
