Job Description
Immediate opportunity for a licensed massage therapist, must be licensed in Pennsylvania, to join an established Chiropractic practice (currently offering Chiropractic, Decompression, Shockwave Therapy, Laser Therapy, Weight Loss, RedLight Therapy and Massage Therapy) in Altoona, PA as a part-time leading to full-time employee. However, we are open to the possibility of an independent contractor sharing clients, or a therapist renting space but also sharing clients with a fair agreement. We are looking for a well rounded, motivated candidate, looking for a long-term commitment, to join our team. As an employee, you will not be responsible for expenses such as: Rent, Billing/collections, Documentation/scheduling software, Treatment supplies, Utilities, Laundry, Malpractice Insurance, or Continuing Education. Everything would be covered and we will do all scheduling, billing, collections, etc. for you. All you will have to do is show up and treat the patients. Starting compensation will be $40 per hour for massages performed, with room to increase (depending on performance and patient feedback). This could lead to opportunity for additional work as an office assistant, which could lead to a combination of full time hours, and further potential for base salary with bonus compensation structure. As an independent contractor or therapist renting space, an agreement would be negotiated to benefit both sides based on collections, rent and/or client sharing numbers. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions. Our new office phone number is (814) 895-7987.
