Collaborate with other healthcare or wellness professionals to support occupational health initiatives when applicable. Skills Proven experience in patient service with a focus on delivering exceptional customer care. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques. Ability to assess patient needs accurately through comprehensive evaluation methods. Excellent communication skills for explaining treatment plans and providing empathetic support. Familiarity with med spa procedures and occupational health practices is preferred.
