Responsibilities Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to each client's specific needs, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and ensure safety. Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend ongoing wellness strategies for pain management and injury prevention. Maintain detailed treatment records in compliance with medical and spa industry standards. Uphold the highest standards of patient service by creating a welcoming, comfortable environment and addressing client concerns promptly. Stay informed about advances in physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to enhance treatment effectiveness. Collaborate with other healthcare or wellness professionals to support occupational health initiatives when applicable. Skills Proven experience in patient service with a focus on delivering exceptional customer care. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques. Ability to assess patient needs accurately through comprehensive evaluation methods. Excellent communication skills for explaining treatment plans and providing empathetic support. Familiarity with med spa procedures and occupational health practices is preferred. Pay:
$45.00 - $75.00 per hour
