In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, relieve pain, and enhance overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized treatment plans and professional care. Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address clients' specific needs Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas of concern Provide education on pain management, physiology, and anatomy to help clients understand their conditions and treatment options Maintain detailed records of each session, including patient progress and treatment outcomes Ensure a safe, comfortable, and hygienic environment for all clients during treatments Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support comprehensive patient care and occupational health initiatives Deliver outstanding customer service by listening attentively, answering questions, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere Requirements Valid certification as a licensed Massage Therapist with experience in medical spa or healthcare settings preferred Proficiency in patient service, assessment, and developing tailored massage plans Knowledge of deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients Prior experience in occupational health or med spa environments is highly desirable Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as needed Join us in delivering transformative wellness experiences that leave clients feeling revitalized and cared for.
