Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various massage techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional client care. As a Massage Therapist, you will assess clients' needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness. Duties Conduct thorough client assessments to determine individual needs and preferences. Provide a range of massage therapies including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques. Utilize knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology to enhance treatment effectiveness. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Deliver outstanding customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their concerns. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Document treatment plans and progress notes accurately for each client. Experience Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with expertise in various techniques. Strong understanding of anatomy knowledge and pain management strategies. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred but not mandatory. Previous experience is a plus.
