Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to client needs Conduct patient assessments to understand individual health concerns, mobility limitations, and treatment goals Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations to maximize benefits Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, patient progress, and treatment plans in compliance with privacy regulations Collaborate with healthcare professionals when necessary to develop comprehensive pain management strategies Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients by adhering to sanitation standards and clinic protocols Stay updated on the latest massage therapy techniques, physiology knowledge, and medical terminology relevant to patient care Skills Strong patient service orientation with excellent communication skills Proficiency in patient assessment and understanding of anatomy and physiology principles Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy to accurately identify problem areas Experience in occupational health or med spa settings is highly desirable Ability to provide compassionate customer service while maintaining professionalism Familiarity with medical documentation standards and confidentiality requirements Embark on a rewarding career where your healing touch transforms lives!
