Required Qualifications Demonstrates ability to build and maintain a loyal clientele Strong consultation skills with the ability to create customized treatment plans Proficient in recommending home care and retail products that support client results Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both clients and teammates Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Passionate about ongoing education and personal growth Eager to receive feedback, coaching, and continuous skill development Strong time management and ability to maintain treatment room standards Preferred 2 years of hands-on experience working with clients in a professional treatment room Our Ideal Candidate Naturally creates long-term client retention and referrals Enjoys educating clients and helping them achieve their goals Takes ownership of their schedule and performance Thrives in a collaborative, team-focused environment Is motivated by both client outcomes and career growth Brings a positive, solution-oriented attitude to work each day Values connection, compassion, and individualized care Sees each treatment as an opportunity to support a client's overall well-being, confidence, and quality of life
