This isn't your average massage job. We're Erie's only waterfront spa. A brand-new, state-of-the-art facility designed by a massage therapist, for massage therapists. Large treatment rooms (no kicking walls). A walking trail steps from the door for your break. A view that actually makes coming to work feel good. Missy Hitz, BS LMT built this practice from a solo home office to a sought-after bayfront destination. With over 28+ years of massage therapy experience, a background in massage education and a genuine belief that great therapists are grown, not just hired. Here, you'll be trusted, supported, and given room to do your best work. We have a waitlist. Your schedule fills fast. Your Team & Support Structure You'll be mentored by our massage team lead, Ryan Logan, LMT, MMP, a certified Medical Massage Practitioner specializing in pain relief, myofascial release and therapeutic bodywork. Ryan is the kind of colleague who makes everyone around him better. Missy remains actively involved and accessible to all staff. Together they've built a genuine community of learning: monthly team meetings keep everyone connected and quarterly department sessions are dedicated entirely to field enrichment: sharpening skills, sharing what's working and evolving together as practitioners. What You'll Do Deliver exceptional therapeutic massage. Build real client relationships. Recommend care plans that actually help people. Educate clients on the value of consistent treatment. Keep accurate session notes. Do great work in a space built to support it. What We're Looking For Valid PA Massage Therapy License & CPR Certification Skilled in multiple massage modalities: e.g. deep tissue, hot stone, pregnancy, sports Strong communicator who genuinely connects with clients Knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology & pathology Someone who wants to grow, not just clock in Preferred (not required) Experience in clinical or therapeutic settings Background in customer service Why Here Erie's only waterfront spa, brand-new, state-of-the-art, designed by an LMT Large treatment rooms built for real bodywork Waitlist ready so your appointments fill quickly Mentor-led, education-rooted team culture Walk the bayfront trail on your break Women-owned.
