Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality massage services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. Your expertise will help clients feel their best while supporting our mission to provide accessible, professional spa experiences. Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address client needs. Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual conditions. Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective treatments. Provide exceptional patient service by listening attentively and customizing sessions for optimal results. Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend suitable therapies for ongoing wellness or occupational health concerns. Maintain accurate treatment records and document client progress in compliance with spa standards. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in accordance with health regulations. Experience Proven experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist with a strong background in patient service and assessment. Hands-on expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques. Knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to therapeutic massage. Prior experience working in a med spa or similar setting is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients. $35.00 - $80.00 per hour
