Job Overview We are seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and enhancing clients' well-being. In this role, you will perform a variety of massage techniques, assess client needs, and create personalized treatment plans. Your expertise will help clients experience relief from pain, stress, and muscle tension while supporting their overall health goals. Responsibilities Provide professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address client concerns. Conduct patient assessments to understand individual needs and develop customized treatment plans. Educate clients on the benefits of various massage modalities and recommend appropriate therapies for pain management and relaxation. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in compliance with health regulations and company standards. Document treatment details accurately in client records, including physiological responses and progress notes. Stay informed on current massage techniques, anatomy knowledge, and medical terminology to ensure effective treatment delivery. Foster excellent customer service by building rapport with clients, addressing questions, and ensuring a positive experience. Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification. Proven experience in patient service, patient assessment, and applying advanced massage techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Experience working in a med spa or occupational health setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Familiarity with pain management strategies and holistic approaches to health improvement. Pay:
$35.00 - $65.00 per hour
