Responsibilities Perform professional massage therapy sessions including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to client needs Conduct patient assessments to understand individual health concerns and develop personalized treatment plans Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend appropriate therapies for ongoing wellness Maintain detailed records of treatments provided and client progress in compliance with licensing standards Ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing environment by adhering to sanitation and safety protocols Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall client experience and promote spa services Stay current on industry best practices, new techniques, and relevant medical terminology to continually improve skills Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification in good standing Proven experience in patient service, patient assessment, and pain management techniques Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and physiology knowledge Strong understanding of anatomy, medical terminology, and occupational health principles Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients Prior med spa experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for continuous learning is essential Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed Join us as a Licensed Massage Therapist and be part of a team committed to enhancing well-being through exceptional care!
