We are looking for an individual who is passionate about helping members improve their health, recovery, and overall well-being through exceptional therapeutic massage services.
Qualifications:
Current Massage Therapy license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Minimum of 2 years of professional massage therapy experience in a high-end spa, luxury wellness facility, private club, or comparable premium setting, with a demonstrated commitment to exceptional client service. Individual Professional Liability Insurance (Individual Malpractice). Proficiency in multiple massage modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and Prenatal Massage preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional appearance, discretion, and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of client care. Ability to work- days, evenings, weekends, flexible hours as needed. CPR/AED certification preferred. Responsibilities Conduct client consultations to assess health history and recommend appropriate treatment plans. Maintain accurate treatment notes and client records. Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, sanitized, and prepared for each appointment. Educate clients on wellness practices, stretching, and self-care techniques. Foster lasting client relationships through exceptional service and professionalism. Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate treatment plans. Collaborate with the wellness team to create a positive, holistic experience for every guest. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and client confidentiality. Promote wellness services and contribute to a positive member experience.
