Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Therapeutic Massage Therapist to provide exceptional massage therapy promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. As a member of our wellness team, you will deliver personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and maintain the highest standards of safety and professionalism. Inspire Chiropractic & Wellness has a fully equipped room dedicated to massage therapy and our front desk staff members will provide all scheduling and collection of payments. The practice will provide all supplies.

Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments to address client concerns. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on individual health history and specific needs. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, explain treatment procedures, and provide guidance on post-massage care. Maintain detailed records of client treatments, progress, and any relevant medical or physiological information. Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and pain management. Collaborate with healthcare professionals when necessary to support comprehensive patient care and occupational health initiatives. Requirements Applicants must be licensed Massage Therapists in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and provide their own Liability Insurance. Proven experience in providing diverse massage therapies Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology related to pain management and injury recovery. Excellent patient service skills with the ability to assess client needs accurately and communicate effectively. Ability to maintain professionalism while managing multiple clients Knowledge of customer service principles combined with a compassionate approach to client care. $40.00 - $43.00 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 - 10.0 per week
