Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, sports, prenatal, and occupational health massage to meet individual client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health history, current concerns, and treatment goals. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend appropriate treatment plans tailored to their conditions. Maintain detailed documentation of each session, including client progress and treatment notes, ensuring compliance with medical and safety standards. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure comfort, address questions, and provide guidance on self-care practices. Adhere to all safety protocols, including CPR certification and proper sanitation procedures, to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Stay updated on the latest massage techniques, physiology knowledge, and medical terminology to enhance service quality. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) with current certification. Proven experience in massage therapy modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health massage. Strong knowledge of human physiology and anatomy to accurately assess client needs and tailor treatments accordingly. Excellent patient communication skills with a focus on customer service and client satisfaction. Experience working in a med spa or healthcare setting is preferred. Certifications in CPR and first aid are required to ensure safety during treatments. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed. Performance Bonus After 90
