COMMISSION

based, as you will receive 1/2 of the total payment from the service provided. EVENINGS and

WEEKENDS

are a MUST with opportunities for full-time hours of availability. Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue, Swedish, sports, and other modalities to address client concerns and preferences Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs, medical history, and treatment goals Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations and spa policies Manage appointment scheduling and client check out using a software called MEEVO which you will be trained on Comfortability in building rapport with the clients to help assist and recommend appropriate products or treatments for wellness between sessions Keep detailed records of treatments provided, client preferences, and progress notes for future reference Skills Valid PA state licensure as a Massage Therapist with comprehensive knowledge of massage techniques and anatomy Strong management skills to handle scheduling and client relations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically Experience with social media management to promote services and engage with clients online Strong communication skills coupled with hospitality experience to ensure guests feel valued from check-in to check-out Join us in creating a positive impact on our clients' wellness journeys!
