Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to optimize patient outcomes. Stay current with industry best practices, new massage techniques, and advancements in medical terminology related to physiotherapy and anatomy. Skills Strong patient service skills with the ability to connect empathetically and professionally with diverse clients. In-depth knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Proven experience in patient assessment to tailor treatments effectively. Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive client experience. Familiarity with occupational health standards and maintaining hygiene standards in a med spa or wellness environment.
