Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. This role requires a professional with a strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology, as well as excellent client service skills. The Licensed Massage Therapist will play a vital role in enhancing our clients' health and satisfaction through personalized treatment plans and expert techniques. Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy tailored to individual client needs Conduct client assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas of concern Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to deliver safe and effective massage therapy Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend ongoing wellness strategies Maintain accurate documentation of treatments provided and client progress Ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for all clients in compliance with occupational health standards Stay updated on the latest massage therapy techniques and industry best practices to continually improve service quality Provide excellent client service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing questions or concerns professionally Experience Valid licensure as a Massage Therapist with state certification or licensing requirements met Proven experience in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques Background in client assessment, anatomy knowledge, and physiology is essential Familiarity with medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele Join our team to make a meaningful impact on clients' health through expert massage therapy delivered in a professional, caring environment.
