Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Massage Therapist to provide therapeutic massage services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness. In this independent contractor role, you will have the flexibility to set YOUR own schedule, with Tuesday through Friday days highly desired , along with evening and weekend availability. All supplies will be provided, and you'll enjoy a base pay plus the ability to keep all your tips. Duties Perform various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, tailored to client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine effective treatment plans. Utilize knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology to communicate with clients and healthcare professionals. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment. Maintain accurate client records regarding treatments and progress. Collaborate with other healthcare providers in occupational health and pain management strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy practices. Experience Experience in a med spa or clinical setting preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is essential. Ability to conduct patient assessments and provide individualized treatment plans. Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service and maintain client satisfaction.
