Duties Provide professional massage therapy sessions including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address individual client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand specific concerns, medical history, and treatment goals. Develop customized treatment plans that incorporate pain management strategies and occupational health considerations. Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend appropriate therapies for ongoing wellness. Maintain detailed documentation of each session, including patient progress and treatment notes, adhering to medical terminology standards. Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all clients by following proper sanitation protocols. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or medical staff as needed to support comprehensive patient care. Experience Valid license as a Massage Therapist in accordance with state or regional requirements. Proven experience in patient service with a focus on customer satisfaction and personalized care. Hands-on expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques. Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health. Prior experience working in a med spa or similar healthcare setting is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively and explain treatment options clearly.
