Job Description

Massage Therapy Program Instructor - Hands-On Clinical Instructor is seeking experienced and professional Massage Therapy Instructors to teach hands-on practical massage therapy classes for our growing Massage Therapy Diploma Program. This position focuses on in-person skills training, clinical supervision, body mechanics, and hands-on massage technique instruction. Position Overview The Hands-On Clinical Instructor will guide students through practical massage therapy training and help students develop professional-level massage therapy skills in a classroom and clinical environment.
Courses may include:
Swedish Massage Deep Tissue Massage Sports Massage Chair Massage Hydrotherapy Clinical Massage Stretching Techniques Joint Mobilization Reflexology Cupping Therapy Body Mechanics Client Positioning Clinical Practice Schedule Monday - Thursday 9AM- 2PM ( 9AM-5PM Optioanl for other class) Part-time / Adjunct opportunities available Some clinic supervision opportunities available on weekends Responsibilities Teach hands-on massage techniques in classroom and clinic settings Demonstrate proper massage body mechanics and therapist posture Supervise student clinical practice Correct student techniques and safety procedures Teach draping, sanitation, and professional standards Monitor student participation and attendance Support student preparation for clinical practice and MBLEx Maintain a safe and professional learning environment Work closely with school administration and instructors Minimum Requirements Active Massage Therapy License Minimum 2 years professional massage therapy experience Strong hands-on massage skills Professional communication and leadership skills Ability to demonstrate techniques clearly and safely Reliable and punctual Preferred Qualifications Teaching or clinical supervision experience Experience teaching massage students Clinical massage therapy Competitive hourly pay Flexible schedule Professional growth opportunities Long-term instructor opportunities available
